Shoalwater 805 is a fully-renovated, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with tile floors throughout, beautiful white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy views of the sugar white sand beach and emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico from the entry, kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom.
The master bedroom and first guest room have king size beds. The second guest room has a queen size bed, and a very cushy foldout twin size bed in the closet. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms have luxurious hotel-quality linens, which are 100% fresh for every guest (no reused comforters or shams here!). The master bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower, and the second bathroom is a tiled tub-shower combo.
WORK FROM THE BEACH...IF YOU HAVE TO.
Enjoy a home office setup, with a view. The master bedroom is outfitted with a full-size desk and ergonomic rolling chair, and equipped with a 27" computer monitor and Logitech web camera.
